This wooden conservatory was in need of a refresh, particularly around the sills and a few bottom rails.
Mitres are well known for opening up over time and becoming vulnerable to rot if they’re not fitted thoughtfully.
This job involved replacing the sills all the way round the conservatory in Accoya and replaring a few doors and sashes that were showing signs of wear.
The last area to address to was bottom beading to the windows are doors. Around 80% of the repairs we do are caused by poor glazing methods. As the home owner called us early, we were able to address the issue before the rot had truely set in.
