We were asked to take a look at this Arts and Crafts window by the new owners. It had several decades worth of filler built up which was hiding the rotten oak underneath.
It took a little while to get back to good wood, but once there we were able to create a good joining surface for the rot-proof Accoya replacement sill to joint to.
