A full draught excluder and renovation service to a property in Maidenhead, Berks this involved the replacement of all the parting and staff beading and replacing it with new pre-painted beading that has the draught excluder pre-machined into it. The new beading is positioned to the correct spacing and 2 new catches are installed along with 4 new long life splicing cord. Any additional work that is required i.e. a new sill, new sash, sliding sash repairs, regluing, re-glazing and re-pointing can be undertaken during the service. A fully paint stripping service of both the box frames and sliding sashes can also be undertaken as part of the full window service.
