After carefully considering the requirements of the owner of this Linden Avenue property, the position of the windows in the reveals, the materials they were made from and the standard of the joinery used, we decided that the best course of action was to take the unusual step of using 2 part epoxy to patch-repair some areas of the sills, whilst more significant areas of rot around the external planks, sashes and sills were repaired using Accoya.
This sill required both epoxy and Accoya repairs.
Whilst this sash was better suited to full Accoya repairs and new window beading around the double glazed units.
Lastly, we made our way around each window, adjusting the spiral balances to ensure they all worked perfectly.
