This timber conservatory was showing signs of rot, particularly around the doors. Our work involved a range of repairs to the doors, windows and framework of the conservatory, all in 50 year rot-proof Accoya.
With the cost of a replacement wooden conservatory running into the 10’s of thousands, good quality repairs are a very cost-effective way of restoring spaces like conservatories and garden rooms.
By using acetylated pine, the areas most susceptible to rot are repaired in the most rot-resistant material possible, effectively making them better than the original.
There’s also very little disruption with no heavy demolition work or construction required.
And since the repairs are in real wood, they’re just as strong and easy to maintain as the original.
