<p>We decided to replace the sashes, making them oversize, then shooting them in to fit perfectly around the settlement of the bay.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" width="1024" height="576" src="https://joinery-shop.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/IMG-20250425-WA0004-1024x576.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-1577" srcset="https://joinery-shop.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/IMG-20250425-WA0004-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://joinery-shop.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/IMG-20250425-WA0004-300x169.jpg 300w, https://joinery-shop.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/IMG-20250425-WA0004-768x432.jpg 768w, https://joinery-shop.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/IMG-20250425-WA0004-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://joinery-shop.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/IMG-20250425-WA0004.jpg 2048w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>We were then able to replace the hardware around the window, including new stays, hinges and catches. With the windows now opening and closing perfectly, the bay was ready for the decorator to work their magic.</p>
