<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This was another listed building window that had a rotten sill but this time instead of completely replacing and re-joining the sill we only replaced the front half cos the back half was still in  perfect condition.This isn&#8217;t  an easy repair to pull off because you must create a perfectly straight ,square and flat surface for the new Accoya sill to glue onto ,any gaps, raised wood or out of squareness will result in the sill not getting the correct gluing surface and so will fail as no screws are being used.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This is a 20 year old sappili hardwood conservatory that required multiple patch repairs to the sills and bottom rails.All the repairs were carried out using Accoya (50 years guaranteed life) .Both corner posts needed fully replacing as they had been made using plywood and are now looking like new with their new Accoya facing .</p>
